“Motto: “ONE TEAM with ONE GOAL”“Positive Results Come Sooner With All Efforts Strategically Focused On The Goal” Overview:This “Instructional Game Plan” outlines the structures and processes implemented for transforming Lemasters Elementary School academically. Our goal is to ensure that every student leaves Lemasters Elementary School prepared to become productive citizens in society. Teachers at Lemasters will improve instruction based on high quality research and educational best practices.

SMART GOAL DATA “Meeting Our Students’ Needs One Step at a Time” Goal — By the end of each Smart Goal cycle, 80% of Lemasters students will have mastered 80% of selected skills. SMART GOAL DATA • TeamGoals - Smart Goals adjusted to the needs of their age group. • Laser-like Focus - We used the IBD’s, DEA, and teacher made assessments as a guide for where our students were struggling most. • Reflection - We present Smart Goal summaries to our school community to share what strategies we have used, seek assistance for future strategies, and provide each other with a whole view of our children.
