They are not the universal truth, although they may appear to be.•Need to consistently remind ourselves and others that assumptions need to be challenged.•A continual stream of this and that appears unless stillness is born to simultaneously perceive. CONSCIOUS GUIDANCE.•To laugh, to cry, to feel, to touch, to know, to speak, to hear, to see…•Be mindful…don’t miss a thing.•Each experience is unique….we are all capable of creativity.
