BAR Permit Regulatory Timelines Regulatory timeline - 18 months after receipt of application • In accordance with Kansas Statute KSA 3008b(h)3 • Construction Permit application timeline begins when application is deemed complete • Operating Permit application must be submitted within 6 to 18 months prior to permit renewal date.
