BAR Permit Regulatory Timelines Regulatory timeline - 18 months after receipt of application • In accordance with Kansas Statute KSA 3008b(h)3 • Construction Permit application timeline begins when application is deemed complete • Operating Permit application must be submitted within 6 to 18 months prior to permit renewal date. BAR Permit Goals • 180-days for PSD construction permits, other complex permits, & Class I operating permits • 60 days for regular construction permits and Class II operating permits • 30 days for approval construction documents • 10 days for standard construction permits/approvals and responses Our Vision – Healthy Kansans living in safe and sustainable environments.
