The quiz is conducted at GP, Block, District, and State levels, with no monetary prizes but exposure visits as rewards.

Process for GP members • Selection of 2 members from each GP compulsorily 1 woman • Three days training programme organised at block level • 2 days for training and book reading • 1 day for quiz • Minimum 6 rounds of questions asked: 2 for each category • Panchayat Act, Constitution and Schemes • Winner team of 2 GP persons from each block selected
Process for Block (Janpad Panchayat) members • Organised at block level for Janpad member • Three days training programme organised • 2 days for training and book reading • 1 day for quiz • Minimum 6 rounds of questions asked: -2 for each category • Panchayat Act, Constitution and Schemes • One winner JP member selected from each block
Process for ZP members • Organised at district level • Three days training programme organised • Two days for training and book reading • One day for quiz • Minimum 6 rounds of questions asked: 2 for each category • Panchayat Act, Constitution and Schemes • One winner member selected from each ZP.
State level Quiz • Team of 4 from each district (2 GP members, 1 Janpad Panchayat member, 1 ZP members) • Quarter Final : Commissionary level 18 districts • Final : Winner of quarter final - Winner : Rajnandgaon • Runner : Raigarh
Participants picked chits (A/Y/C) from box and announced number. Ex – A 102, Y 403, C 237 A : Act Y : Yojana C : Constitution
A team of experts also constituted as panel of Judges for any conflicts at each level: preferably retired officers of Panchayat
Prize • No Monetary prize • A Memento and Certificate • Exposure Visits to all at State level participants • West Bengal to winner team • Rajasthan to State level participatory team
Outcome • Fair and transparent • Assessment through and by participants • Motivational and Interesting • Developed knowledge based competition among ERs • Time Bound (started in October…ended in February) • Participants found it useful for increasing knowledge where they felt weak.
