Financials • YTD through May 31, 2012: • Revenue: $6.784 million vs. $6.751 million budgeted • Net operating gain: $722k vs. $371k budgeted • Reserves are $2.5 million, which is 36.4% of the FY12 operating budget ($6.83 million). • YTD net gain (after investments and taxes) (through May 31, 2012): $627k vs. $282k budgeted

  4. Membership 1.23% decrease since last June FY12 average membership – 20,682 FY11 average membership – 20,294 2% increase!

  5. Chapters • Leadership Summit (Boston, MA – July 28, 2012) • New format! • Mid-Year Leadership Conference (Las Vegas, NV – January 18-19, 2013) • 118 chapters, including Virtual Chapter • Virtual Chapter: 335 members, of which 155 international • Issued $50,000 in grants to chapters in FY12, including travel to LS11 and MY12 • 47 gold-level Graalmans awarded to chapters, increase by 15 from previous year (32)

Conferences • World Congress 2012 in Boston, Massachusetts: • Forecasting nearly 900 paid attendees. • Virtual WC: webcast of general sessions and choose 2 of 36 recorded breakout sessions from 6 tracks! • WC12 app – download it at www.ncmahq.org/wc/app • GCMC 2012 scheduled for November 5-6, 2012 at Renaissance Hotel – Downtown in Washington, DC. • ADC 2013 scheduled for March 14-15, 2013 at the Westin San Diego in San Diego, CA.

Education & Certification • New NES debuts @ WC12 – The COR Member of the Acquisition Team: The Contracting Officer’s Representative Guide to Performance and Quality • Expansion of Online Prep Courses for CFCM and CPCM – 10-week online, instructor-led programs • 30% increase in certificants from previous year • CFCM Study Guide, 2nd Edition to be released August 1, 2012 • Revised CFCM certification exam to be released September 1, 2012
