  2. 2st Milestone - Summary • Our Progress: • Improved Performance, Usability and Stability in main features. • Improved Human Interface and Design. • Replaced our Facebook pictures storage solution with Imgur. • Owner receives an email with the event’s slideshow URL. • Main Challenge: • Building an intuitive and simple User Experience for our Android app. • Minimizing our memory footprint. • Easy vs. Hard • Easy: Switching to Imgur service and building better Android UI layouts. • Hard: Downloading and Uploading photos asynchronously in our Android app.

  3. 3rd Milestone – Roadmap • Another pilot in with much more users (High Priority) • Sending the event’s album to each user who attends an event after it completes. (High Priority) • Adding a QR code to an event. (High Priority) • Managing events and photos by their owners. • Social Features: notifications for friends in same events, filter photos in news feed or album by friends. (Medium Priority) • Time Estimation: 250h
