So, donu2019t choose fast, cheap, or fake.u201d Well, I donu2019t quite agree with it. I think you shouldnu2019t restrict yourself from eating anything you want to because that builds an unhealthy association with food, often leading to disordered eating, anorexia, bulimia, orthorexia, etc.
