Learning Management System (LMS) • Transition from MC Strategies to Workforce Learn Online • Background • Numerous complaints about old system • New system is modeled after the Academic LMS that all faculty and students use daily • Easier to use • More advanced and has infinite amount of capabilities
What Does This Mean For You? • Past 6 years of transcripts transferred over • Modules are being updated and transferred to the new system • Easier to use, simple and intuitive • Username/password is your Net ID/Jag ID • Login Issues – Service Desk will be able to handle them on the spot (721-4000) • Currently live - anyone taking New Employee HIPAA training has been in the system as of 10/11
Access and Training • Through PAWS • HR Workforce Development website • Training: • Video and documentation • How to access and use the system • Training sessions scheduled for departmental administrators • Learning labs scheduled after administrator training • GReport/Communications will be sent starting next week to the enterprise highlighting documentation and online review

Annual Compliance Training • November 15 – December 15, 2013 • All enterprise employees • University • Health System • Students will receive some assignments • Module will include up to 16 lessons and assigned according to enterprise or entity as recommended by Compliance
