  2. Reading Quiz 1. The Tripartite treaty was made up of these countries 2. This allowed Britain to use their own boats and currency to purchase arms from the U.S. 3. When Britain ran out of currency to buy arms, the U.S. Congress passed this act which loaned supplies to the allies. 4. Hitler violated the non-aggression pact by invading this country in June 1941.
