A contextual analysis Looking at Women of the labour participation of women in 7 European countries in 10 sectors. Spain, Greece, NL, Italy, Austria, Slovenia and Czech Republic • Aim?   7. RESULTS IN OUR COUNTRY • Netherlands 4th on European ranking list Eige • 450.000 female entrepreneurs = about 40% • Growth in 30 years from 20 to 40% • 132.000 female TOP managers • 30% women in level under this TOP • % of Top women is slowly increasing 27 September 2016
