What is ... and what for... WHAT IS... A Prototype of self-training courseware, and related didactic contents WHAT FOR... To foster the development of operators’ competencies in European planning. In particular the courseware is addressed to: Teachers, Trainers, School Managers, Directors of Training Centers, Administrative staff supporting training and education actions, operators working within education and training policies Institutions.
What is ... and what for... The MODEL proposed doesnot pretend neither to transfer the whole of necessary knowledge, neither to substituteexperience but FOCUSES ON A FEW SPECIFIC LEARNING ISSUES functional to support and promote the development of particular (sometimes technical) abilities that very often are held only by “professionals”, not usually known or transferred and rarely applied.
The Structure of the Courseware The Courseware is articulated in two macro training sessions: Session 1 - ANSWERING TO A CALL: THE PLANNING PHASE focused on competences and learning areas related to the conceiving and writing of a proposal. Session 2- TO REALISE A PROJECT: THE IMPLEMENTING PHASE focused on competences and learning areas strictly linked to the implementing process of the activities planned.
