  3. WIE ZIJN WIJ? • Onafhankelijke financiële partner van gemeenten, andere overheden en marktpartijen in volkshuisvesting • Verbetering van kwaliteit wonen, stedelijke vernieuwing en gebouwde leefomgeving • Duurzaam en verantwoord financieren met een hoog maatschappelijk rendement

  4. STIMULEREN MET BELEID • Elke deelnemer heeft een eigen Revolving Fund met geoormerkte middelen • Deelnemers: 318 • Gezamenlijk fondsvermogen: € 700.000.000

  5. WAT IS DE DUURZAAMHEIDSLENING • Voor energiebesparende maatregelen • Lage rente • Lagere energierekening • Meer wooncomfort

  7. KENMERKEN DUURZAAMHEIDSLENING • Leningsbedrag: van € 2.500 tot € 15.000 • Looptijd: < € 7.500: 10 jaar, > € 7.500: 15 jaar • Rente: 3% onder marktrente SVn • Annuïtaire aflossing • Tussentijds boetevrij aflossen altijd mogelijk • Afsluitkosten: 2%

  8. BEREKEN DUURZAAMHEIDSLENING • Hoofdsom: € 10.000- looptijd 15 jaar- rentepercentage 2,6% • Maandlast 1e t/m 15ejaar: € 67,81 • Rente per maand 1e jaar : € 21,67 en 15e jaar: € 1,71
