PHS Athletics Initial Eligibility: • Physical Form • Insurance • Athletics Fee $50 • Parent Permission • Concussion Notice • Citizenship Card • Consent to treat • 1st OSS is a 14 day or 28 day activity suspension depending on the type of violation • 2nd OSS will result in an expulsion from the activities program for the remainder of the school year • ISS can result in missing a game(s) if not completed

  25. PHS Athletic Eligibility • Academic Eligibility • Pass 6 of 7 credits the previous semester to participate. Or 3.0 units of Credit • Should keep a full schedule • Can get up to 1 full credit during summer school towards eligibility.

Important Information Late Start Tuesdays • All Tuesdays will begin at 8:30am • All student that arrive at PHS before 8:10 will need to report to the Cafeteria. • Bus times are the same – drop off time at PHS is the same • Monday – Wednesday – Thursday - & Friday 8:00am start • Dismissal is at 2:55 Monday --- Friday.
