Mid-term Review • For each member of your group, complete the following sentences: • It’s great that you are doing __________ in our group. • Your strengths in our group are _________________ • I would love to see you do more of _________________ • I would love to see you do less of _________________ • Complete Worksheet #5 in MGT 310 Workbook individually for the preparation for the group meeting • Group Process: • Individuals should take turn in expressing their views on group work (up to now) – Raise any group issues at this time (no debating yet) • Review the group contract and assess group performance on each item – use the rating scale if applicable (+ = consistently; v = often; o = occasional; - = rarely; n = no opportunity) • Review the worksheet #5 and come up with the group average • Create a list of improvements or changes to group contract that would be helpful
