  4. Itinerary Monday: Barley Hall pm, Viking Visit eve Tuesday: York Minster, DIG, Yorvik, Storytellers’ Walk eve Wednesday: Roman Day Thursday: Railway Museum, Eden Camp and Games Night Friday: City Walls Walk and Shopping

  5. Meals • Breakfast • Packed Lunch • Evening Meal • Supper • Please let us know if there are any food allergies we need to know about • Please note children need a packed lunch for Monday lunch • Snacks – in labelled bags

  6. Kit List • Several complete changes of clothes • Warm tops (3) • 2 Pairs of jeans or other trousers • Socks • 2 Pairs of shoes (indoors – slippers/sandals, outdoors – they need to be comfortable and they might get muddy ) • Woolly hat and gloves/mittens • Toiletries • Pen and Pencil and a book if you want to read in your spare time • Night clothes • Games for games night (Thursday) • £15 in pound coins (see next slide) • Earplugs • Purse or wallet preferably named • Small cuddly toy • Plastic sandwich box (optional) • Carrier bags for dirty/wet clothes • 2 Towels • Snacks – preferably healthy! • Camera (preferably disposable – it might get wet or damaged) • Small Rucksack (to carry waterproofs, notebooks and lunch for the day) • Waterproof top • A few things not to bring: mobile phones, MP3 players, PSPs,

  7. Spending Money • We will operate a banking system for the children (with no fees) • £15 in pound coins to be handed in on Friday (or at the very latest Monday) in a labelled plastic bag • Money will be given out each morning • On the final day any remaining money will be handed back to the children

  8. Medication • Any medicines need to be handed in on Monday morning clearly named with instructions
