  1. QA Time Classification Purpose All QA staff is required to record their time in the Oracle Time application. This document is to be used so that everyone records their time in a consistent manner. The Time Sheet application can be accessed at https://selfserve.activenetwork.com/. Record your time on a daily basis to ensure accuracy. Don't leave it until the end of week or end of month. Record all time worked. If working more or less than 8 hours your time sheet entries should reflect this.

  2. Project Specific Tasks Most of your time is spent working on a specific Client / State, referred to as a “Project” (Example 1). There are specific Client selections to be used for Client specific work. These cover the initial development and any subsequent bugs or maintenance releases. Each of these clients has the same tasks to choose from (Example 2).  Definitions for each of the Tasks within a Client will be provided below Example 2.

  9. Non-Project Specific Tasks Work not related to a specific project is logged under theAO Dev/QA Support “Project” using the tasks listed following Example 4, below:  Definitions for each of the Tasks will be provided below Example 4.
