General information • FormFlex provides cultivation gutter systems, cultivation lifting installations and logistical solutions. • Metazet in The Netherlands designed and engineered the In Floor Chain Track System. • Over 130 tracks are sold since 2004. • The Chain Track is an internal transportation system for harvesting carts. • The system is fully automated, unmanned, safe and cost effective. • The system suits flowers and plants, as well as vegetables. • We can customize the track to your greenhouse specifications. • The in floor chain track system is the perfect choice for a customized logistic system. • Complete installation is done by an experienced and professional installation crew.

Flowers, Plants and Vegetables • An unmanned, safe and cost effective internal transport system that suits flowers and plants as well as vegetables. • After an intense period of thorough research and engineering, Metazet came up with a solid Chain Track System to which harvesting carts can be easily connected to the in floor chain track.

Advantages Chain Track System • Continuous supply of carts to the processing area. • Unmanned; no labor costs once operational. • Can co-operate with most sorting lines, so that unloading of the carts and (when applicable) loading with empty boxes can be fully automated. • Stationary stops, portable stops, turns, slight grade changes, a weigh scale and the ability to switch tracks are available. • Low maintenance costs. • Proven system, with over 130 tracks sold. Tracks up to 1500 meters (almost a mile) have been installed in greenhouses. Longer tracks are possible. • A more efficient working environment.

Ease of Operation • Carts can be put on the Chain Track at any time and at any position, making it unnecessary to have a staff member controlling the logistics at the spot. • In the head house a stock of carts can be lined up, making it possible to have a steady and ongoing workflow. • A computer connection to sorting machines is an often applied feature as well as stationary and portable stops, weigh scales, corner turns in different angles and switch points. This makes the carts useable to their highest potential.
