  6. BHA 04-05 Agreed Upon Procedures • In process; anticipate clean report • Audit performed every three years

  7. BHA Fund Balance • FY runs July – June • As of August 1, 2004 (inception of Bluegrass Hospitality Association), Fund Balance = $7,500 • June 30, 2005 Fund Balance = $25,278

  8. BHA Financial Support • Revenue consists of dues, sponsorship, and event registration • Membership support is extremely important • Special thanks to our founding members • Bluegrass Airport • Bluegrass Chapter of the Kentucky Restaurant Association • Commerce Lexington • Keeneland • Lexington Convention and Visitor’s Bureau • Kentucky Eagle Beer

  9. 2005-2006 Budget • Revenues and expenses remain in line with the previous year • Plan to hold approx. 9 events in 2006 • BHA is projected to end the year with approx. $6,900 in excess revenue over expenses
