Pierce My Ear • John 4:23 • “The hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshippers will worship the Father in spirit AND TRUTH; for the Father is (actively) seeking such to worship Him.” • John 8:36 • “He whom the Son sets free is FREE INDEED!” • Romans 12:1 • “I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to OFFER your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God – this is your spiritual act of worship.”
Pierce My Ear • Exodus 21:1-6 • “These are the laws you are to set before them: If you buy a Hebrew servant, he is to serve you for six years. But in the seventh year, he shall go free, without paying anything. If he comes alone, he is to go free alone; but if he has a wife when he comes, she is to go with him. If his master gives him a wife and she bears him sons or daughters, the woman and her children shall belong to her master, and only the man shall go free. “But if the servant declares, ‘I love my master and my wife and children and do not want to go free,’ then his master must take him before the judges. He shall take him to the door or the doorpost and pierce his ear with an awl. Then he will be his servant for life.”
Pierce My Ear • 1 John 3:1 • “How great is the love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are!” • Galatians 3:26 • “You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus.” • Romans 8:14 • “because those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.” • Philippians 4:19 • “And my God will liberally supply ( fill to the full) your every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.”
Pierce My Ear • Matthew 6:25, 32-33 • “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” • 2 Corinthians 3:18 • “And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.”
