Syllabus • Review handout
Client Progress Reports • Each team will have periodic progress reports to clients • Frequency = 2 or 3 weeks • Schedule set by client • If possible, use web-based meeting tool to allow two way sharing of files
Meeting with Instructors • Teams will meet with instructor to discuss: • Status of project • Identify assistance needed • Meetings will be scheduled during class time • Teams are still expected to meet weekly throughout semester
Debriefing of AGSM 439 • From student evaluations many reports that the UWC consultations were not helpful • However, some students did report useful UWC meetings • This semester UWC consults will not be mandatory • However, it is still recommended
Instead of UWC Consult • Change in peer review process • teams will be paired-up • same team pairs all semester • in-class time will be given for teams to meet • discuss how to improve writing
Debriefing of AGSM 439 • Need for more consistent grading between instructors is acknowledged • Suggestions for improvement?
Debriefing of AGSM 439 • After the client presentations it was clear that teams are varied in accomplishments • some are doing well and are on-track • others have a change in focus
HW1 – Status Assessment • Evaluate where you stand regarding tasks needed to produce final product • Will be used in initial client progress reports • In-class time to work on HW1 will be provided on Thur (1/19)
