  1. MESA COUNTY WHITEWATER PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Collection system and initial service area is located on the southwest side of Highway 50. All future expansion of the system will be development driven.

MESA COUNTY WHITEWATER PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SERVICE TIMELINE • Construction of Collection System to be complete March 2009 • Selection of Design firm for Lift Station and Force Main to Clifton Sanitation to be Awarded in March 2009 • Public Meetings will be held during the Design Phase • Approval of User Fees and Tap Fees for the District Summer of 2009. Public will be Notified. • Estimated time for Construction of Lift Station and Force Main Fall of 2009 • Estimate Completion of Construction early 2010. • Property Owners who are able to be served will be notified and tap applications and fees will be collected at that time. • Any additional questions please contact Julie Constan or Connie Hahn of Mesa County Public Works/Engineering at 970-244-1765.
