Fiscal Impact • MSBA required Feasibility Study reimbursed 40.26% $300K cost $180K net cost to Town MSBA requires $500K set-aside • Project cost $4.5M Reimbursed at 40-48% upon MSBA approval $2.8M Net cost to Town after reimbursement Pay-as-you-go reimbursement from MSBA • Borrowing Replaces Retiring Debt
