Picking weights Only pick the amount that will make you tired at the end of that set Larger muscles can handle heavier weights You’ll usually lift more weight on a machine than free weights FORM IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING!
Reps and Sets 3 sets is average 10-12 reps is average Wait between 1-5 between sets
Working Out Alternate muscles being used, i.e. upper body, lower body Abs need to be accompanied with lower back exercises
