How does labour inspection use HS catalogue • Labour inspection (LI) approves HS catalogue • Maintain mandatory rules on laws on Health and saftey executive (Arbowet en Arbobesluit) • HS catalogue is reference for LI • Company can adjust or differ from the HS catalogue • Labour inspection inspect on target prescription (doelvoorschriften) e.g. lowest Diesel emmisions => euro 4, 5 or 6 engine => best filter
