  3. What is Fascism Ans: Belief that humans have value in so far as they serve the needs of the state, all aspects of life controlled by government

  4. How did the allies appease Hitler leading up to war Ans giving into his demands (Czechoslovakia ) and ignoring violations of the treaty of Versailles

  5. Why did the League of Nations fail? When countries violated other nations there was no actual consequence. The major powers USA and Russia did not participate

  6. What was splendid isolationism and how did it lead to war Largely the USA not wanting to participate in international relations in Europe. No big brother to protect smaller European nations.
