Hémorragiques+++ Surveillance conscience, pouls, TA, diurèse, drains • Infectieuses : urinaires+++, pneumopathie++ Surveillance température, désondage précoce, kinésithérapie respiratoire • Thromboemboliques : TVP, embolie pulmonaire Bas de contention, anticoagulation préventive, lever précoce • Occlusion immédiate/différée Surveillance transit, SNG, maintien à jeûn

  3. Globe au désondage Surveillance miction par rapport au désondage, resondage • Eviscération, eventration Ceinture de contention abdominale • Abcès de paroi Mise a plat, mèchage • Lymphangite sur VVP Stop VVP, relais per os ou reperfusion
