Overall Strategy • Develop a “VA University” • 4-8 lectures with tests, CME, email communication with “professor” • Real-time lectures and taping • Require PCP to take one module per quarter • Mental health: depression, SUD, PTSD • Military medicine • Geriatrics • Primary Care Program Office • Pain management

  3. Pain Management • Implementing stepped care • Screening and evaluation • Non-pharmacological mgmt • Opioids • Difficult and demanding pts.
