IDENTIFYING THE “GAPS” BETWEEN YOUR CONGREGATION AND THE COMMUNITY/NEIGHBORHOOD What are 3 or 4 obvious gaps you can identify?
What are 2 or 3 ministries your congregation implements, conducts, or provides space for that you know/believe are not effective ministries to further the mission of the Church?
What is one opportunity that is lost or missed by not eliminating such programs?
What would it cost to eliminate at least 1 of those programs or tenants within the next 12-18 months?
Are there natural or potential allies to assist with this catalytic move?
