  5. Main topics (3/3) Migration and labour information via electronic means • Specific channels • Migration related documents • Suggestions to authorities • Language

Results (1/2) Positives • Highly skilled immigrants • Big interest towards receiving information and support in immigration issues through electronic/computer communication means • Vast majority of the respondents want to receive information about the employment and entrepreneurship possibilities through web • Big interest providing feedback to authorities

  7. Results (2/2) Negatives • Unemployment • Language skills • Recognition of occupational and professional skills • Unequal labour market opportunities • Communication between authorities and employers • Access - competent authorities not clearly defined • Cultural and social

Requierments (1/2) • Action in these areas to improve the situation of migrants • To create corresponding rooms for debates for common discussion of policies, procedures etc., integrate relevant authority representatives in the internet • Submitting documents via electronic media must be made easier • IMP2.0 services to enable processingof migration related issues and migration related documents via internet

Requierments (2/2) • Additionally it is still very important to use traditional media • Provide information on legislation as well as on employment and business opportunities • Providing a guide or a map on the IMP2.0 platform for immigrants in the complex environment of public authority • Creating of access to authorities, bringing together authority representatives and migrants for debating migration policies and administrative procedures
