  1. Our People • Mark Allan Smith is a Senior Manager in our Financial & Energy Risk Management practice with over 15 years of experience in the energy industry. Mark leads the efforts of our energy risk management practice in the Houston and Southern US market. His activities focus on advising energy clients in the measurement and management of financial risk associated with trading activities; transaction valuation; risk management processes and controls; trading & risk management policies; performance measurement; and energy risk management strategy. Prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mark’s experience in the energy industry included responsibility for physical crude oil trading; futures, options, and derivatives trading; structured products marketing; hedging and risk management; supply & distribution of crude oil and refined products; operations planning; and process engineering.
