DAY 1 AA Schedule 7:45Start (SSAs on site) On Site General Support 8:00 Breakfast/YardGeneral Support 8:30 Assembly/School Starts Conduct Assembly 9:00-9:30M (1st Period/Home Room) Hand out Ballots 10:00 - 10:15 BREAK Yard Support 10:15 - 11:45 Period 2 (Home Room) Collect Ballots/Lunch 11:30-12:10 Lunch (Kindergarten) Yard/Cafeteria/Clerk Support 11:45 - 12:25 Lunch (1st-5th grades) Yard/Cafeteria/Clerk Support 12:25 -2PM Teachers Collaborating Balloting/WIN groups * NOTE from 12:25-2PM students will be in the cafeteria with the ASES staff watching a movie as the teachers finalize the Balloting process and create WIN groups. 2PM-4:30PM complete/support rosters and creating lanyards with student namesand support with curriculum Enrichment handing out of material. COLLECT THE WIN GROUP-CLASS ROSTERS FROM TEACHERS AND HAVE CLERKS TYPE THEM UP AND EMAIL TO TEACHERS AND ED.OPS.
Day 2 AA Duties 7:45Start (on site general support) 8AM-9AM Assist Clerks in completing WIN groups/Rosters and hand out to classrooms (teachers during 1st period) by 9:45AM 9AM - 10:00 Period 1 (Home Room) Go into each class and ensure all students have lanyards. Also, work to make sure each door has a color coded paper to make it easier for students+ hand out rosters to teachers. 10:00 - 10:15 BREAK Yard/Cafeteria-line students up for period 2 10:15 - 11:45 Period 2 (WIN) Work with Clerk to start IC rosters 11:45 - 12:25 Lunch Yard/Cafeteria 12:25 - 1:10 Period 3 (Enrichment) TBD/General Support 1:10 - 1:15 BREAK Ensure students make it to their next period 1:15 - 2:00 Period 4 (Enrichment) 2PM-4:30PM Students in ASES Clerk Support—General

Science Kit for 1st Period (90 minutes) Teachers may integrate Social Sciences during this period as well. Curriculum ideas are being developed, but teachers may use their own ideas (with literacy component).
2nd Period (90 minutes) “What I Need” (WIN group-similar to DIT groups) AIP Designated Students will use Common Core Standards Plus RETEACH Proficient and Advanced students MAY use the CC Standards Plus material, or any ELA/Math activity with literacy component.
3rd and 4th Periods-Enrichment Periods Students will ballot on the first day, based on the site Enrichment offerings based on Teachers at the sites. The first day students will ballot. Teachers will have the last 90 minutes of the first day To collaborate and finalize balloting process. After the first 9 days of Enrichment students may switch to a new class or an advanced version of the first class they took (e.g., 9 days of basic drama and same students may Advance to the advanced drama Enrichment class or a different Enrichment activity.
