  11. Taiwan Members for ISC Audits and Reviews (A&R) Subcommittee • The A&R SC conducts procedural review of all ballots approved by technical committees. Ballots must pass this procedural review prior to being published. The A&R SC typically has five two-week review periods per year. • Regulations 5.4.4.2 Membership — The ISC A&R SC shall be composed of: • c. From each locale having one or more local technical committees… up to one member for the first two technical committees or up to two members if there are three or more technical committees (voting).
