DESAFIOS • Buscar el crecimiento del Comercio Bilateral • Eliminar la lista de exclusiones del Acuerdo de complementación Económica N°23 • Poner en vigencia el Tercer Protocolo Adicional que elimina la lista de excepciones • Buscar mecanismos para avanzar en el desmantelamiento de la lista de exclusiones. • Convocar a la Comisión Administradora del Acuerdo N°23. • Reglamento sobre Solución de Controversias • Reglamento sobre Salvaguardias • Negociación de un Régimen de Origen moderno
