Flash to Odysseus’ home--community on Ithaca. A crowd of suitors are wooing Penelope and becoming a drain on her household resources.
Book II –Telemachus decides to go look for his father. Telemachus, Odysseus’ son, and Mentor, Athena in disguise. Penelope, Odysseus’ wife.
Book III – Telemachus visits Nestor at Pylos to ask about his father. Nestor sends him to Sparta to talk with Menelaus. Telemachus leaving Nestor
