  2. Zeus • He was nursed by the goat Amaltheia. • Drank ambrosia and nectar • He made a breast plate out of the goat, the Aegis. • Metis was his first wife. • She gave him good advice. • She tricked Cronus into eating an herb that made him throw up his children. • They then over powered him.

  3. Zeus and the fam’ Zeus was now the god of gods. He shared his power with his brothers and sisters. The titans rose up against him. He released the 100 armed sons of Mother Earth from Tartarus. Zeus wins the battle and imprisons the Titans in Tartarus.

  4. Mother Earth’s Revenge She is angry at Zeus for locking her children in Tartarus. She sends Typhon and Echidna to attack Zeus. Zeus and the other gods overcome the monsters after a long battle.
