  1. THE SINKING OF THE LUSITANIA MAY 7TH, 1915 WHEN- WHAT HAPPENED? A GERMAN U-BOAT SUNK THE BRITISH PASSENGER SHIP KILLING 1,198 PEOPLE INCLUDING 128 AMERICANS.

  2. GERMAN POLICY- KNOWN AS “UNRESTRICTED SUBMARINE WARFARE”, THE GERMANS ANNOUNCED THEIR U-BOATS WOULD SINK ANY SHIP IN BRITISH WATERS WITHOUT WARNING.

  3. CONTROVERSEY- GERMANY CLAIMED THERE WERE WEAPONS ON BOARD, THE BRITISH DENIED THIS AT FIRST, THEN LATER ADMIT THAT THERE WERE. WHAT CAUSED THE SECOND EXPLOSION, & WHY DID IT SINK SO FAST? MYSTERY-

  4. IMPACT- THE U.S. & THE WORLD WERE OUTRAGED. THOUGH THE U.S. DOES NOT ENTER THE WAR AT THIS TIME, THEY PRESSURE GERMANY TO HALT ITS POLICY OF “UNRESTRICTED SUB WARFARE”.
