Moodle –the way forward • Moodle (Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment) • Offers opportunity to migrate current e-learning and cpd to a single structured environment • Conforms to industry standards (SCORM) • Software: Cost neutral • Technical support and hosting via HSW (HOWIS)
Moodle (Course Management System) • Free Open Source software package • Designed around sound pedagogical principles • Enables educators to create effective learning communities
