Take 5 or so minutes to talk to one another about some of the successes that have arisen as a result of the work that you have been involved in in communities – as a community representative, a worker or practitioner, as a manager or as a policy maker. If you haven’t been directly involved, think about some good things that have happened in your own communities or things that you know of that have happened in other communities.

  4. On post its - beyond more resourcing, write down one thing that you think could help advance this kind of work, or a question you have about support for CD at local and national levels. Hand down to the front.
