Pelo Programa são financiadas reformas de Unidades Básicas de Saúde implantadas em imóvel próprio do Município ou a ele cedido por outro ente federativo e cuja metragem de área construída seja superior a 153,24 m². • Objetivos do Programa: • Estruturação e fortalecimento da Atenção Básica; • Continuidade da mudança do modelo de atenção à saúde; • Com a melhoria da estrutura física, mudem-se as práticas das Equipes de Saúde da Família.
