Communications Subcommittee Responsibilities • Prepare and publish articles • Solid Rockets Year in Review Article • Barbara Leary, Clyde Carr and Mike Fisher coordinating inputs • Need POCs from propulsion organizations to contribute • Public relation activities • Maintain the SRTC Sharepoint site hosted at https://info.aiaa.org

Topics for Review • Accomplishments • Web site updates/additions • New website is being populated (https://info.aiaa.org/tac/PEG/SRTC) • 2010 ASM SRTC meeting charts uploaded • Generating structure for TC membership information • Current activities • Call for 2010 inputs sent to TC membership • Inputs need to be in by end of August 2010 • Include digital photographs in standard format (jpg, gif, tif, etc) as appropriate, in individual files separate from the text • Submit files electronically to organizers • Barbara Leary: barbara.leary@jhuapl.edu

Topics for Review • Future activities (1/2) • SRTC Highlights for Annual Article • Generating a list of corporate, academic, and government contacts that can be called on yearly to supply public released information for our article • A repository for press releases will be established on the SRTC Sharepoint Site • Submit input anytime during year • Inputs need to be in by end of August 2009 • Include digital photographs in standard format (jpg, gif, tif, etc) as appropriate, in individual files separate from the text • Submit files electronically to organizers • Barbara Leary: barbara.leary@jhuapl.edu
