The purpose of the subcommittee is to document Structures TC practices and procedures • Currently informally passed on from Chair to Chair • Rigor has been added by last few chairs so it is time to document the rigor and provide continuity to the committee • Writing a committee guidebook using past guidebook and other TC’s guidebooks as points of reference • Table of Contents: • Introduction • Organization • Description of Offices • Election/Appointment of Officers • Membership • Meetings • Subcommittees • Awards

Schedule • Committee has met twice • Writing assignments have been made with priority towards section under committee organization • Drafts due by Nov. 15, 2011 • Editing done by Jan. 17, 2012 • Review by steering committee done by Feb. 15, 2012 • Edits incorporated by March 15, 2012 • Distribution to committee at SDM 2012
