  2. Miscellaneous • Close out plan has been approved • Deputy Programme Manager, Office of PR has resigned • Short-term consultant recruited. • Coordinate activities to the end of project in October • Coordinate close out activities to 30 April 2009

  3. Action required of meeting The meeting is asked to • Note the progress of implementation of the PANCAP Global Fund project • Review the recommendations made by the PR and make any additional recommendations deemed necessary.
