  3. LOCO/CIS mooring CIS • Two moorings, very close to each other • NACLIM action: Merge the moorings • Design: McLean Profiler + surface telemetry • + Add surface air pressure module to telemetry buoy • Original plan – merge in summer 2013 – need to be postponed… LOCO

  4. Connection with inter/national projects • US: “Ocean Observation Initiative” OOI global node Installation Irminger Sea (summer 2014) • Canada: “Ventilation, Interactions and Transports Across the Labrador Sea” (VITALIS) will add sensors to K1 mooring in Central Labrador Sea • Germany: “RACE” 53°N mooring array at the southern exit of the Labrador Sea VITALS OOI RACE

Deliverables D22.6 • Pre-NACLIM time series data provided to NACLIM data portal for CMIP model data comparison 6 4.75 O PP 6 “Pre-NACLIM time series data provided to NACLIM data portal for CMIP model data comparison: Existing time series data is provided to the NACLIM data portal. Preliminary agreement on the data format has to be agreed on (e.g. CF format).”
