  1. CCWG November 18th Meeting 2008 Market Participant Survey; Website Satisfaction - Discussed and developed list of recommended improvements for the ERCOT.com website to assist ERCOT in understanding website satisfaction survey indicators and improve future survey results. - CCWG will finalize the list of website recommendations at their December meeting. Market Participants encouraged to make suggestions to add to the list.

  2. CCWG November 18th Meeting Website Improvement Recommendations: • Documents should be archived after a period of time, so older documents are not returned as a result of a search. Also, consider including a search selectivity to include or not include ‘Archived’ documents. • Searches should return the newest materials first, e.g. in chronological order. • Market Participant training should be available for the website to improve response time and satisfaction level. • - The website training should be an internet based tutorial to orient Market Participants on how the site is organized and how to find information on the site. - The website training should be accessible from the ERCOT.com home page.

CCWG November 18th Meeting Website Improvement Recommendations: - ERCOT has agreed to revisit the website tutorial that was originally used when the new website was rolled out. • A search return should include information, if found, from Section 2 of the Protocols, Acronyms and Definitions. • Active links on the website, as opposed to documents, should be the first priority return from a search (Show preference to relevant pages). • Search the Protocols and return any Section or Subsection Headings relevant to the search. • ERCOT should consider implementing the upgrade to the search engine prior to the implementation of the Nodal Market.

  4. CCWG November 18th Meeting Continue to Develop COPMG for Nodal: - Reviewed draft of new Section 12, Renewable Energy Credits. This Section has been sent to Market Rules for review. - CCWG may have a special meeting, conference call, to review Market Rules comments of Section 12. - CCWG continues to work on other Sections.
