Ulticon Builders Inc. beneath the supervision of Carlos Gonzales of Davao, makes it a priority to be able to meet the OSHS accreditation of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) under Article 162 of the Labor Code of the Philippines. The accreditation is intended to improve and protect the job operation of each and every organization in the Philippines. Moreover, as UBI has been consistently practicing it, it's always prioritized the security, safety and health of its workers and the situation of the workplace.
That's why, Ulticon has once more maintained their accreditation underneath the Field of Expertise in Construction at the time of April 01, 2015 with the Company's Accreditation No.1033-140414-L-0031. The validity with this accreditation is valid until April 14, 2017.
The accreditation signifies that they have a licensed OSHS practitioner experienced in occupational safety and health standards. The practitioner has undergone and completed an exercise course and attended various seminars from the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). The role of a practitioner is always to administer or implement the Rule 1030 of the Occupational Safety and Health Standards within the business (UBI).
