Just the facts, Ma’am… Pennsylvania Facts: • 2565 municipalities • 30,000 municipal employees • 23 Metropolitan and Rural Planning Organizations (MPO/RPO) • Over 115,000 miles of roadway • Roughly 65% of which is maintained by locals • Roughly 6400 locally owned bridges of varying lengths and conditions
Just the facts, Ma’am… Pennsylvania LTAP Facts: • Quarterly newsletters and tech sheets • 27 different classes ranging from Maintenance to Safety subjects • 200 training classes provided annually • 300 technical assistance calls or visits on average
