  4. August 19 • Building the Foundation for Collaboration • Met with all teachers and teacher assistants from my assigned schools • Planned transition activities to prepare the teachers and teacher assistants for differentiation through ‘tiering’ activities

  5. September • Planned for Supporting teachers as they implemented the new lesson plan forms at Morehead • STEM school • Lesson Plans turned in on Fridays for the next week • Two Planning times • Pre-K Agenda Model • Pre-K Program Updates • Social Worker Professional Development • Created a calendar to assign the creation of the lesson plans

  6. September • Introduced Lesson Plan/Center Plan Templates to other schools and shared the plan for creating them together • Shared calendar for submitting lesson plan templates that included all OWL curriculum, Math/Small Group changes, and Writing expectations • Shared plan for efficiency of Educator Planning Meetings • Reteach Plans are the responsibility of the classroom teacher

September • Input/Modeling • I created the first round of lesson plans and center plans • I shared my process for creating those lessons • Question Stems Handouts • Linked ‘tiering’ to August 19 activities • Guided Practice • We created the next round of lesson plans together • We created the tiered questions together • We differentiated (tiered) the small group activities together • They began typing their assigned lesson plan templates • Independent Practice • They created/finished the first round of lesson plan templates and sent them to me electronically
