    2. Introducción.- Quimioterapia: Estrecho margen terapéutico, combinaciones, cálculos complicados, individualización dosis, alta toxicidad, coste elevado, riesgo de errores. Equipo Multidisciplinar: enriquecimiento mutuo Entorno médico: indicación, prescripción, valoración, ... Entorno farmacéutico: dosis, estabilidad mezclas, caducidades, condiciones de manipulación, preparación, ... Entorno enfermería: administración, valoración inmediata, ... Informatización: Uniformidad de prescripción, preparación y administración. Cálculos automatizados rápidos y fiables, controles, alertas. Almacenamiento automático de datos y explotación. Comunicación “on line” en tiempo real.
