What is a Digital Repository? An institutional repository is the systematic collection, organization, easy access and preservation of an academic institution’s creative and scholarly digital works. It is a multimedia showcase of everything that makes Xavier University special. Its appeal is immediate and apparent! A way to chronicle things happening at Xavier – Bob Cotter
What would excite faculty and students? Visibility – Creative digital work can be searched and viewed by all with internet access. Impact – Increased awareness of Xavier scholarship, research and creativity. Reputation – Xavier University showcases the scholarship and creativity it wants the world to see.
Now in its 92nd volume, The Athenaeum is published at the end of the Fall and Spring semesters and features original poetry, short stories, and graphic artwork by current Xavier University students. Departmental Publications
