  2. Honors American LiteratureWednesday, September 3 Pretest You will have 30 minutes to complete this assessment. If this type of assessment is new to you, try your best and remember that we will be learning how to be successful at this type of assessment during the next few weeks.

Repeat the process twice. 3. Write down on the opposite side of your paper what you remembered after the second time you completed this activity. Why repeat this simple activity?

  4. Honors American LiteratureWednesday, September 3 Journal We will complete multiple journals every week. Please keep a one subject notebook per trimester to record these journals. Every so often they will be collected, without warning, and random journals will be assessed as part of your speaking and listening grade. Prompt: How do you think men and women communicate differently if at all? Why do you think this is true? Give specific examples from your own experiences or from the media.
